Where is this service available?
This service is available in Western Province of Sri Lanka covering Colombo Metropolitan area, Negombo, Ja-Ela, Wattala, Kadawatha, Gampaha, Nittambuwa, Biyagama, Kaduwela, Battaramulla, Maharagama, Homagama, Nugegoda , Nawala, Rajagiriya, Kotte, Boralesgamuwa , Ratmalana , Moratuwa and Panadura.
How soon can I have a chauffeur / designated driver after the booking?
Our commitment is to serve you within half an hour from your booking confirmation. However there may be rare delays due to road traffic, your location and weather.
What are your operational / business hours?
We operate from 7 pm to 11.45 pm on weekdays & weekends. We can still send a driver after 12 midnight, but waiting charges will be applied after 12 pm at the rate of Rs. 300 per every 15 minutes. Please call out hotline 0777 400040 and check the availability if you need a driver before 7 pm.
Can I change my booking time?
Yes, it is possible one hour prior to the booked time.
How can I assure driver / chauffeur’s capability & credibility?
All our chauffeurs have been recruited after a thorough filtering process and they have been guided through several training programs. We monitor the movements of drivers online throughout the entire journey as a safety feature.
